PPC Membership

Parish Pastoral Council ("PPC") The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) was formed to uphold the spirit of the mission of St. Michael Parish by representing the Parish as a whole.

The PPC is made up of two representatives of each Ministry, one staff member, 3 ‘at-large' members from the parish, as well as our parish priests.

The term of service for a PPC member is two years with the choice to discern for an additional two years. The Executive Committee consists of the Pastor, Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary. There are three Ad-Hoc committees within the PPC:

  1. Formation and Enrichment,
  2. Recruitment, and
  3. Education and Communication.

Through example, quality conversation, and exchange of ideas, the Parish Pastoral Council will have a better understanding of the parish focus and direction. The Parish Pastoral Council should be perceived as an example for the various Commission Teams as they provide support for them to achieve their goals.
