Beloved St. Michael priest passes away

We said a final farewell Tuesday, Feb. 23, to Father Leo Lyons, who passed away at age 87 on Thursday, Feb. 18.

Fr. Leo had served St. Michael Parish since 1985 when he retired as a U.S. Air Force colonel.

While retired, Lyons continued to help with liturgies and confessions.  He was also a chaplain for the St. Vincent DePaul Society.
